Terms and Conditions -Romen cleaning service.

1. Service Agreement: 

By engaging the services of Romen cleaning service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement establishes the expectations and responsibilities of both parties.

2. Scope of Services: 

Romen cleaning service provides residential cleaning services as described in the agreed-upon cleaning plan. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment: 

Pricing is determined based on factors such as the size of the property, cleaning frequency, and specific cleaning requirements. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, bank transfer,paypal,mbway,revolut, and other specified payment methods.Please be aware that after service  immediate payment is required to avoid any inconvenience or disruption in service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Romen cleaning service reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property: 

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If access is denied, a cancellation fee may apply. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety and security of the cleaning team while on the premises.

6. Client Responsibilities: 

Clients are responsible for notifying Romen  Cleaning service of any specific requests, concerns, or changes in cleaning preferences. It is the client’s responsibility to secure and protect valuables and fragile items during the cleaning process.

7. Damages and Liability:

While Romen cleaning service  takes great care in providing professional cleaning services, we cannot be held responsible for damages to items not properly secured or for pre-existing damages. We carry insurance to cover damages caused by our team within the scope of our services.

9. Confidentiality: 

Romen cleaning service respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal information shared during the booking process or service provision will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing cleaning services.

10. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Romen cleaning service reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, repeated cancellations, or any other breach of this agreement.

By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Romen cleaning service  reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
